    Rs 85-crore cheating case: Court rejects closure

    Refusing to accept a closure report submitted by CBI’s anti-corruption bureau (ACB) in an Rs 84.6 crore cheating and forgery case against Union Bank of India officers, jewellers and the director of a bullion trading company, a special court said that the investigations were improper and had several infirmities.
