    Cov cases: Mum, Maha log highest one-day surge

    Maharashtra and Mumbai registered their highest single-day surge in Covid-19 cases on Wednesday. The state reported 23,816 fresh cases, while Mumbai reported 2,227 cases, taking the total cases in the state to 9.6 lakh and in the city to 1.6 lakh.
